Mr. Dykas is a long-time Idaho attorney having, in addition to his patent practice, served as disciplinary counsel for the Idaho State Bar, Twin Falls County Prosecutor, and as a member of the Federal Criminal Justice Act Attorney Panel. Robert L. Shaver joined the Firm in 1995. Since joining the firm, Mr. Shaver has worked on patent, trade secret, copyright, and trademark litigation, and the drafting and prosecution of patent and trademark applications. Mr. Shaver has been a registered patent attorney since 1998. Scott D. Swanson is a registered patent attorney who joined the Firm in 2008. Mr. Swanson has been registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office since March of 2007 and is licensed in Idaho and Utah. Scott is an Idaho native, born and raised in Pocatello, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Idaho.
