Elizabeth Schierman, a patent attorney with Dykas & Shaver, LLP, spoke today to a group of Idaho attorneys about Intellectual Property Transactions, and more particularly, identifying and transferring ownership of intellectual property rights. The slides from the presentation and associated handout are available via Ms. Schierman’s profile page and LinkedIn page. A recording of the presentation is expected to be made available for rental by the Idaho State Bar. Ms. Schierman’s last CLE (Continuing Legal Education) presentation, regarding Federal v.
